  • I tried everything suggested and I still cannot manage to get my key to work. Everything is fine until I type in the last digit and then the computer pops up with the invalid response. PLESE HELP!

    Are you entering the product key found attached to your laptop?  If so this product key is for Windows and not Office, if you have purchased a license for Office please let me know.
