i have done my cirtification on jan 2012 so can i order for free welcome kit?

  Microsoft does not print and mail welcome kits anymore. You can either print your certificate yourself by downloading it from the MCP website or you can order it and pay the fee to have it printed by Microsoft and sent to you in the Mail.
