Hi,I can not able to configure Outlook client for CRM2011.when i provide credentials to configure organization wizard i am getting this error.---------------------------Microsoft Dynamics CRM---------------------------Cannot connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server because we cannot authenticate your credentials. Check your connection or contact your administrator for more help.---------------------------OK---------------------------any suggestions??And one more thing, I am getting this error after configuring IFD for CRM2011.Thanks in advance.Regards,

Hi Everyone,
This issue is because of the the duplicate SPN records, i have removed all the duplicate SPN and i can able to configure Outlook client without issues.

Hi Khaja,
"Cannot authenticate your credentials", Is this happens only in one machine or all?
I've seen this when you have Windows Live Essentials and Windows Live Sign-In Assistant installed in the the same computer.
Possible resolution could be to,
- Run a repair on both (OR)
- Uninstall Both
And try again!

I think i understand the issue,
I feel like its a certificate issue, right now i am using Self-Signed certificate.
I will get public certificate and let you guys know the issue.
