Windows 10 Taskbar not working *have tried everything*

    Question

  • Just reset my computer and updated it to Windows 10, and now the taskbar and Cortana are not working. Cortana I could care less about but I cannot access the start menu where most of my programs are, yes I can go through the file explorer but half the time I cannot find what I'm looking for.

I tried using powershell and copy and pasting this and that downloading something that would fix it and probably more that I cant think of right now. Point being I have tried everything and this is ridiculous, I mean doesn't Microsoft have people to fix this????? Does anyone know what I can do to make my taskbar work? plz

  • Hello,

The 'Academic Initiatives - General Discussions' forum is for any posts not covered under any of the other forums as related to Microsoft's Academic Initiatives.

As it's off-topic here, I am moving the question to the Where is the forum for... forum.
