Dear Friends
I have a requirement where client want to create a mail merge template according to the following format
1) The selected records should be displayed in a single table . ( in this attributes from the entity and related entity includes)
2) The row colour has to be different according to the picklist attribute value
i could able to create the mail merge template but when i am selecting more than one record . it showing two forms means its not showing in a same table
and i want to know whether we can have different colour according to the pick list value
How i can achieve this
please help me on this ...

First write a SRSreport what you are trying to display.
Then when you publish the report, choose "Lists for related record types" in Display In field.

That's not possible.
If you run mail merge on multiple records, you will get multiple mail merge records.
I think, you should try to create a ssrs report to do this.
