if motherboard is fail and re-installing the same OS with key
no. is not accepting in new motherboard

so how can I fix this problem

Hi Neeraj,

MSDN is the Microsoft Developer Network and really only deals with Developer issues. I recommend you follow the steps at https://support.microsoft.com to get assistance with Windows Installation.
