    I have Money 2001 standard. I know it's been discontinued.

    I don't use any of the financial update stuff. I only use it for my checking and savings account info. Will I still be able to do that once Microsoft stops servicing the program?

    Also if I switch to Quicken how will I be able to transfer my accounts into it from Money 2001 and not lose anything

    Yes, and if you still have the disk, you will be able to reinstall onto a new machine or reloaded machine. It will not be able to File->Import OFX 2 files from your banks and credit cards. Money 2002 and later can  File->Import OFX 2 files from your banks and credit cards.

    If you want to switch to Quicken, you would need to install Money Plus Sunset. Quicken would use that to do the conversion. To get there you may have to go thru Money 2004 or 2005 trials, which are available for now.

    I too have Money 2001 and am unable  to download my daily transactions.  What is  Money Plus Sunset

    How to I put my hands on Money 2004 or 05?  And how
