  Hi

  I am trying to create a printable form from a custom entity and would appreciate your guidance.

  Similar to creating an invoice, I am trying to create a form out of a custom entity called tenant, where it would show the company header, have some information filled out from the tenant entity and have a signature spot. 

  can someone please guide me through how to create this?
