  • Hi,

    i am experiencing a problem... i have customised the case form to auto-populate fields based on the customer selected. this code works perfectly. the problems lies when a new contact is created even though the contact has all the fields that are to be populated in the case form they don't appear it should an error as though those fields are empty. i assume that the error lies with the newly created contacts, because with the old contacts the code works well...

    what could the problem posibly be?

  • Hi,

    do you use the GUID of the contact to get some information from the CRM? When you create a contact, you don't have the guid of it.

    You can use the following code to check in which state the form is:
