Error when click on Settings > Customization, and then click Customize the System. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a critical error message when I try to access the section in CRM 2011 to Customize the system

    When I do the following:

Settings > Customization, and then click Customize the System.

    I get the following error:

       Error

       An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft
Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact
       Microsoft Support

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Answers

  • A reboot fixed the issue as far as I can see as I can now open Customizations.

    Thanks
