"Advertising" in posts allowed?

Hello

I found a member in one of the section I use who is posting only links to commercial sites with commercial SDKs without answering questions. This person is only posting links to the same sites.

Is "Advertising" allowed in this Microsoft forums? If not how can I report this? Only to show what I mean, check the posts of the linked member:

At the bottom of every page there is a contact us link. Go there and you should be able to report spammers from there. I hope this helps you with your problem
