CRM 2011 Email Router Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml

  • Hi,

    in CRM 4.0 Email router, you can update Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml and restart the email router service and it will take the new configuration value. By following this site http://blogs.msdn.com/b/crm/archive/2008/07/02/email-router-configuration-xml-file-explained.aspx

    In CRM 2011 after I changed the value in Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml and restart the service. The Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml file goes back to the original value.

    Does anyone know how to change the value in CRM 2011 email router ?

    Every time I restart the email router service it re-write 2 files "Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.SystemState.Xml" and "Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml".

    Anyone know why ? and how can I change the value in the "Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml" as I was able in CRM 4.0 ?
