• Question

  • what does SSS_X64FREV_EN-US_DV9 mean,each section between _

Is this a naming scheme and what does it mean

is it a volume label for the iso file or disc

what are all the volume names for the different versions of windows and office.

When I mount an office iso it shows the label 'office 14' or 'office10'

or when I mount a windows iso image it shows 'SSS_X64FREV_EN-US_DV9' or GRMCPRXFRER_EN_DVD or IRM_CCSA_X64FRE_EN-US_DV5.

Are these official disc labels for the different versions of windows and office.

May I have all of the labels for windows xp,vista,7,8,8.1 and 10,server 2003,2008,2008r2,2012r2 and 2016.

It might be insignificant but I really would like to know what they are.

    Thank you kindly.
