Can't activate subscription after reinstallation RRS feed

    I had to set my hard drive back to original condition. I reinstalled Windows Live One Care (my subscription is paid up) and it does not recognize that I have paid my subscription and it is current. How do I avoid having to buy a new subscription when I ALREADY HAVE ONE? When I type in my product code it says it is already in use (of course it is, until this morning when my problems developed, it was doing what it should.)

    HI!

    Did you signed in with the WIndows live id that is associated with your subscription?  You do not need to re-subscribe, you just need to associate it with the live id that you have used when you subscribed to Windows Live Onecare.

    Open Windows Live onecare, Click on the subscribe button, If asked if you have  a Live ID, just click on YES and Next, then sign in with the Live Id that you used when you subscribed to Onecare, click on sign in.  then just follow the onscreen instructions.
