error message "call was disconnected"
"The call was disconnected because you stopped receiving audio from <user name>. Please try the call again.
setup info :- OCS 2007 R2
- one front-end server
- one mediation server
- one edge server
the edge setup is consolidated "AV , Web conf , access edge ,..."
i have 2 NIC (one internal & other external "NATed ip")
- i checked the NAT option in Edge interface in A/V configuration
working fine internaly without problems
but only audio call between 2 external "internet users " are not working
althought it works fine if one user internal and the other one is external
so why i can't establish audio call between 2 external users "remote users".
