MSN Messenger and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 RRS feed

    Currently we are implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and we are getting an Error Report window on rollover of Messenger presence icon in CRM Contacts.

     

    Windows Messenger Live is installed and the user signed in.  When using MS CRM Online a presence icon is added beside a contacts name. If this icon is rolled over then a Error Report screen is created.

     

    IE ver 7.0.5730.11

    Win Live Messenger ver 8.1 (build 8.1.0178.00)

    CRM ver 4.0 (4.0.7333.3)

     

    Has anyone experienced this problem before and knows of a resolution?
