"findstr" command does not work correctly.

Hi guys.
I tried to use "fidnstr" command to get rid of dupilicated line as below.
findstr /LVG:file1 file2
file1 and file2 are same contents shown as below.
C:\SHELL\GM\CONF\CBsysfildel_X501.parm C:\SHELL\GM\CONF\Cbsysg
I did the command show above and result is as below.
C:\Users\tmp>findstr /LVG:file2.txt file1.txt C:\SHELL\GM\CONF\Cbsysg
These files are completely same. ( They aren't shown a difference by fc /b command)
Why does "findstr" command show a defference (C:\SHELL\GM\CONF\Cbsysg).
OS version is as below.
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 build 7601thanks in advance!

Hi Yosuke,
This forum is discussing and asking questions about the Windows Form and ClickOnce, I'm afraid your question is more related to Windows command, I will move this thread to Where is the Forum for...? Forum to redirect it.
Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
Stanly
