I can't reset or reduce allotments used in a case RRS feed

  • After setting up contract lines, I experimented with a few cases.  Now when I delete a case or re-open then re-close it with different # of minutes used it only seems to add time to the allotments, it never decreses.  I start with 60 minutes, delete 30 minutes and now I have 90 minutes rather than 30 minutes.  Any ideas?
