Vista Business - Genuine advantage problem RRS feed

  • Have had troubles trying to make sure Vista is a genuine copy, this is a copy of Vista from the MS Action pack.

    I have followed other instructions on the forum such as re-activating via the phone and then rebooting and then going for genuine activation, however this has not worked, but my copy of Vista is fully activated via the phone.

    Tried to activate vista online - didn't work - tried the other option didn't work..... any idea's ?

  • Can you tell me the last time you tried phone activating?  The last activation on record for your key was in January, so any recent phone activation wasn't successful.  Would you try it again?  Please talk with a service agent if you have to, then try revalidating.
