I have tried just about every thing I can think of and all ai want is a simply Tax Invoice for my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 I purchased of there website microsoft.com/en-us/store/b/surface .
all I recived was a reciept not a tax invoice ? when I finshed the purchase I was sent email confirming my purchase again no Tax Invoice?
what i have tried so far is.
1 Sent a return replyed to their email ? NO REPLY BACK ?
2 Rang the phone number 132058 ,simply told that after I login I would find it under the Manage My Account tried that No Good looked for hours and even got my son how is a bit of a IT expert to look Sorry we still did find it ?
3 Rang the Australia Sydney Store and about five minutes into explaining what I wanted I told to hang on while she look into it and all of sudden I was Cut Off or Hung up on ?
4 Sent messgae through Microsoft facebook page > Still awaiting on answer ?
5 Sent letters to Head Office Austraila Sydney>Still await reply only sent yesterday her hoping?
6 Today Post this ?
And if anyone from Microsft likes to reply my Order number is 6489182391 Please send tax Invoice to jmmbhunter@bigpond.com or james61hunter@gmail.com
Or If There Is ANYONE OUT THERE WITH A ANSWER ON THIS <would be greatful
