Hi, I received a notification that my Product Key for Windows Vista was not genuine. My laptop broke 3 years ago and I recently got it fixed, and I used my old product key to reactivate it. Please help me. Thomas.

You probably just need to use telephone activation - I can see nothing wrong with the report.
telephone activation (operator calls)
Click on the Start button
in the Search box, type
SLUI 4
and hit the Enter key
follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you
