we are having different cases like Phone call, email, letter contact etc...
we need to make the color codig for each case tickets..
how can we achieve this...

CRM doesn't support these kinds of changes to the system.
However, if you have the Outlook plugin installed, you can use Outlook's rules for changing font, color, etc based on rules to apply to CRM data. The same principle applies to other Outlook data.
