Want to move Office Small Business from desktop to laptop RRS feed

    I have an upgrade of Office Small Biz 2007 on my desktop.  I want to move it to my new laptop.  What am I going to need to have and do to make this happen?

    Retail upgrade licenses for Office Small Biz 2007 can be moved from one computer (your deskop) to another computer (your laptop), provided the destination computer (your laptop) has a previous installation of a product that qualifies to be upgraded to Office Small Biz 2007.  Please view this link to see a list of the qualifying products:  http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/FX101754511033.aspx

    Of course, after making the move you have to uninstall Office Small Biz 2007 from the desktop computer, because retail upgrade licenses can only be installed and activated on one computer at a time.

    You can read your Office Small Biz 2007 Software Licensing Terms (SLTs) by opening an Office program such as Word, then follow this clickpath:  Office Button>Word Options button>Resources>About Word>and then click the "View the Microsoft Software Licensing Terms" link.
