  Whenever I click on an email, a large box of text appears and gets in the way of what I am clicking on to open.  I have even had the Geek Squad try to correct this and they tell me that is the way it is supposed to be.  I find it very annoying for this box of text to pop up every time I am trying to open an email.  Can this be eliminated?  It seem ridiculous and not thought out too well!
