Set Email Reply 'From Field' in workflow - CRM2013 online RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm trying to update the from field on an email reply by  using a real-time workflow to update the field.

    The field I'm using to update is the ParentID email 'To' field. But the same error occurs if I hard code a user name.

    The run time error indicates 'This lookup can only display one item'.

    So it seem if you put a field in the 'From' field on the email it tried to add that value instead of replacing the default value in the field.

    I tried to 'Clear' the field first but it has no impact.

    Ant thoughts?
