Cases freezing for certain users RRS feed

  • We have pretty extensive JavaScript on the Cases entity, on load and on change of subject.  There are a few users that are experiencing issues with page load, adding notes, assigning, and saving being really slow, up to a few minutes delay in navigation.  Out of about 100 users there are a handful of users that are having these problems and unfortunately those users include a CEO and 2 directors so it is really important to get this functioning 100% again.  Since this is not global I can't figure out why it would be doing this for just a handful of users.  I thought that maybe it needed Java updates, that was ran and didn't help.  Any ideas???
