Windows live one care action required message

  Hello:
  I am writing to please inquire about the status of at risk, and a message as follows : urgent turn on automatic updates, windows automatic updates is not set to dowload and install high priority updates automatically. This PC may be at risk from Internet threats. Also when I just follow the action required and try to turn it on it displays a message staing windows live one care can not turn on automatic updates at this time. Please try again later, or contact your network administrator if your PC is joined to a domain, please advise what should I do, ?Your assistance and directions would be greatly appretiatted, yours in service, JV
