    If you have a TechNet or MSDN Subscription, and your LIVE ID associated with the Subscription is still available, you may download WHS 2011 via Subscription.

    Hi,

    TechNet Subscriptions service has been retired, and it has been discontinued sales on August 31, 2013. 

    Besides, subscribers with active accounts can continue to use it.

    My account is active, and I have a key for the iso, but the download link says that subscriptions expired in 2013.
