I thought I was trying the 90 trial version of one care, but after entering the credit card information, I realized that I was wrong. I have since decided that onecare isn't what I want. It has only been less than a month ago. Is there anyone to contact to get it cancelled and refunded.

  • You can cancel the purchased subscription and get a refund by contacting customer service/support.

If it fails to validate your subscription, select the option that you are using a trial or beta copy and you can proceed to email support without validation once you've signed in.

I have now tried three times, on three different days, not impressed.  I have notified my Visa company that the transaction is not authorised and fraud.
