  • MS CRM 2011 Outlook - Offline mode - All Appointments downloaded not related to user have saved to calendar-needs to be removed

    I created a outlook offline filter for Appointments without adding condition -. owner = current user. This downloaded all appointments in the outlook for the user and are seen in his calendar. This makes his outlook full and user cannot sent or receive any new emails.

    I tried to go offline and online again with adding the necessary condition for owning user  = current user still it ddnt help.

    Can you suggest any way this can be solved???

    Thanks in Advance..!!

  • Hello All,

    I found  the solution for the above problem.

    Creating a new filter for Appointments (in Outlook filters) without a single condition i.e. owner = current user, all Appointments from the entire Organization were downloaded in the User's Calendar. This created the Outlook full and the user couldn't send or recieve emails.

    The solution for this was not in Outlook CRM 's end, but in OUTLOOK itself. I found an Advance Find in Outlook and created an Advance View searched all the Appointments where -

    Organizer != User
    Recipient  != User
    Required ! = User

    Created != User

    Created On or After 'Date'

    Created On or Before 'Date'.
