Mailings using Word and Excel RRS feed

  • I have downloaded a directory from a reputable site that populated an Excel spreadsheet for me.  I'm using Word to create labels using this Excel doc as the recipients list.  When finishing the merge, I'm getting only a fraction of the recipients list inserted in the Word doc.  I've checked and double checked the Excel doc so that there are no duplicates.  The Word doc does work, however something is preventing all the recipients to merge.  Help, please!
