A dedicated graphics card isn't needed; Windows Home server is designed for use as a "headless" server. Even if you can't find the right drivers, the standard "in box" VGA driver will be perfectly adequate.I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
Yes, with appropriate Server 2008 R2 64 bit drivers. Check to see if drivers are available before purchasing.
