<!--#include virtual="include.html" -->The file is located in same folder as the 'calling' html. Help Please!

Thanks Ken.
That helps some but it still does not work.
I have look at the IIS info and look on my server but could not figure out to make change to allow Server Side Includes.

Your syntax is wrong; you need a space between the dash and the pound symbol. And you can't (by default) use server-side includes in .html files.
See IIS Server-Side Include Directives for more information.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)- Proposed as answer by Ken WarrenModerator Monday, November 8, 2010 2:29 AM

Open Server Manager and drill down to Roles, Web Server (IIS), Role Services and click "Add Role Services". You'll be able to drill down to add any of the services you need to add.
