How do I use a column name that has a space in the Where clause of a LinqDataSource? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    I can't fiqure out how to select on a column name that has a space in. For example in C# ASP.NET

    string whereClause = "[Field 1]>0";

    LinqDataSource.Where = whereClause;

    Assuming that my data source uses a table with column name Field 1  (i.e. Field followed by a space followed by 1) then I get an error message:

    No property or field 'Field' exists in ....

    Anyone know how to do this. As I also have column names with - (minus symbol) and this doesn't work either.

    Best,
    Jules
