  • Dear folks;I'm per-plexed.Frist,I am a analog geek working in R&D.I dont even like PC's so forgive me,but maybe an out side objective will help.Lets try a macro view with short questions and my summary.1When did this all start?2Who are the Mfd.s3Could thay sell-Ie;Canada or Mex.PC's in the US buy mistake?4Could a retailer ship PC's from there country to us?5What did you down load befor the problem?6Could scrubing,defragmenting,damage disk,coating on platters do it?7What site was you useing whan you was asked to click validate?8Why didnt you X out of it when you know there's a problem thats not solved and try a link on mymsn or some where there is no validation process?9Why is there no removal tool for this?10Why do you let a false baloon bother you?11If the PC is new.Why didnt you return it?12Why do you down load software that never matchs you PC year?13Did you check your Window Media encoder,is it the same year as your PC & model?14 I have 47 analog books--How many do I need to be a Geek ?       I'm sorry, I am unable to discern the non-genuine related issue or question you have posted.  Please describe the issue in further detail as well as download and run the Genuine Diagnostics tool (MGADiag.exe) at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012. Click "Continue", click the "Copy" button then “Paste” the report into a reply message in this thread.
