I'm sorry that the support flow is being problematic for you.
Since your also received a cancellation notice for Hotmail Plus, I wonder if your credit card information on file is not valid. Sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com to check and update this.
Also, since you are dealing with a Hotmail Plus subscription, you may be able to reach support for them more easily - http://support.msn.com - as long as the account is not already cancelled.
If the accounts are indeed cancelled and you are unable to renew them via the Billing site, OneCare support can be reached via email per the FAQ entry that you already followed. Use the option to identify yourself as a trial/beta user to get an email case opened up.
