Cant connect Outlook client on Outlook 2007? RRS feed

  • He everyone,

    Im new to CRM, so excuse the simple question.

    I have a trial CRM Online account and Im trying to connect the Outlook 2007 client add-on. I downloaded the setup program and it installed, but now Outlook wont work. And when I re-run the client install it says that it cant continue - "because a minimal version of Outlook is installed, or its 64 bits"

    Running XP pro, Office 2007 on 32-bits....all patches updated.
