Registering a MySQL data context type in C# RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am having an issue with trying to use a MySQL data base for my Dynamic Data Linq to SQL web site. I have created my class file with DBMetal and included it in the project. But when I run the DefaultModel.RegisterContext(typeof(EquipmentForestTrotterCom)); I always get the error: "The context type 'EquipmentForesttrotterCom' is not supported." EquipmentForestTrotterCom is of type DBLinq.MySql.MySqlDataConext. Is there a way to make this work? Even if I don't use the "RegisterContext" method, and manually use Linq syntax to execute a query it gives me an error saying "Entity type 'EquipmenList' does not belong to any registered model". EquipmentList is the only Table in my EquipmentForestTrotterCom class.
