    ·         SentDate: Last 2 Days

    ·         UserId: 1

    I want the clients only have the “last 2 days”. But the row with "Content B" is still in client database. I don’t want to truncate client’s table before synchronization. Is there way to do that?

    I think you are using DownloadOnly or Bi-Directional sync for changes.  If you prefer downloading "only last 2 days" data, please try using Snapshot as the sync direction. 

    Please be aware of that using Snapshot will erase all your previous data.
