Reports can not be shown when executed in CRM 4.0-Help RRS feed

  • Hello folks,

     

    we have installed a CRM 4.0 Enterprise version and everything works fine but the report server/service is not showing up correctly.

     

    After a basic test on the web-site we created for the reportserver it shows the version number etc. but thats all !

     

    We have configured everything correctly with the rsconfig-tool too but nothing changed.

     

    When I try to generate a report i.e. for company-sight, the crm is starting the reportserver correctly and works but in the bitter end it shows the error message that it can not show the resulting report on the screen.

     

    I have checked also the log-file and this says that an authentication problem exists, but not exactly which one.

     

    The reportservice is using the account of the networkservice and crm the integrated windows user authentication too.

     

    The rsconfig-tool reports no error using the networkservice account, strange but true.

     

    Any ideas to solve this problem would be very grateful for that.

  • Did you install the SRS Connector?  If not, check the implementation Guide for instructions.
