finding the windows 2016 preview DSVM? RRS feed

    Hi,

    This blog entry: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/machinelearning/2017/06/06/introducing-the-new-data-science-virtual-machine-on-windows-server-2016/  made me want to spin up a version of that DSVM but I find when I go to the Azure portal all the windows instances available come up as Windows 2012R2 releases. Is the Windows 2016 release limited to a specific region or simply not available yet?

    Does this link work for you: https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/marketplace/apps/microsoft-ads.windows-data-science-vm 

    It should be available in all regions. It may not be available if you are using a 3rd party cloud service provider that is reselling Azure. Please provide more info on the region your subscription is primarily in.

    Yes that worked. For some reason i could not find that image from within the Azure portal -searching for DSVM within the portal GUI did not seem to bring that up as an option.
