Inactive customer??

  Hi There,

   

  i have created some plugins for contract entity, it works great. But for a given contract each time the plugin tryes to do its work, i got the next error:

   

  "The customer i this record has a status of inactive. Before you can perform the selected action, you must select an active customer for this record."

   

  Now i have checked the customer and it is active. Any idea?
