Onecare Expiration Notice Not Clearing.

Question
-
This weekend we moved from Onecare to another product on our SBS2008 network, just prior to switching, our Onecare Subscription was canceled and instantly went into expired status on our server. I removed Onecare from the entire network, and as I removed it, I told it to remove the clients from the circle.
This worked well, all the client uninstalled just fine.
Our server however, on the SBS Monitoring console is showing me a huge red X that Onecare is expired.
Anyone have any idea how to clear this?

It would seem to me that the SBS console still thinks that OneCare is still installed. I didn't know that there was an option to uninstall from the clients via the SBS console. Perhaps OneCare is still installed on the server, though it has been removed from all clients? Have you checked Control Panel/Programs to confirm that it was removed?
I have no experience with SBS or OneCare for Server personally, so the best that I can suggest is contacting support.

No, I unstalled all the clients manually, once those were done, I unstalled the server, and rebooted, and followed the migration to our new product.
It's the console that thinks that Onecare is still installed.Monday, November 2, 2009 3:29 AM -
Thanks for the clarification. I have no knowledge of how the SBS console works, but it sure seems that the removal of OneCare didn't update the console or the location where the console draws from.
Please do contact support and let us know what the solution was, Matthew. I'm marking my prior reply as the answer until you return with a specific solution, at which time you (or I) can unmark my reply as the answer and mark yours as the answer.
