  • Hello tomdickandharryandbill,

All of the Microsoft software contained in your mgadiag report is Volume Licensing software.  Some are reporting as Genuine and others are not.

Is this computer owned by an organization (business, educational, governmental, etc) that holds current and valid Volume Licensing Agreements for the use of Windows XP Pro and FrontPage 2003?  I did not ask about Office Professional 2003 because the installation on the computer was done with a widely pirated and now blocked volume licensing product key, and is a nongenuine installation.
