Business Required fields overridden or accepts blank values on Lead after Dynamicis 365 upgrade. RRS feed

  • Hello Experts,

    We are seeing some records being created with blank values in all the required fields.  The users only have the option for creating Leads through web client or mobile client.   There are around 3-4 business required fields on the Lead form that are blank in few records created post dynamics 365 upgrade.  The end users don't have any option other than web client or Dynamics 365 app for creating the records.  On speaking with the users, they are not aware that they created any such records.

    Note, we have some plugins and workflows that trigger on create or update of lead.

    Please guide me or provide your suggestions for me to troubleshoot the cause of this issue.

    Any help is much appreciated.
