I want to start a career path as a Test Analyst. Please advise which certification is needed to achieve this goal.

You could take exam 70-497, "Software Testing with Visual Studio 2012":
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/exam-70-497.aspx
It is one of the three required exams for the MCSD: Application Lifecycle Management.

The below is the output I'm looking for ..
• Test Case execution
• Assist in the assurance and test strategy.
• Assist in the Implementation of test processes and procedures.
• Perform tests according to technology defined standards, and report variations
• Plan and Execute system integration testing, both scripted and unscripted.
• Assist the Lead Test Analyst in the prioritization and reporting of defects in line with the Development and Systems Integration process and procedures.
• Produce and report test results and statistics on a periodic and ad-hoc basis. .
• Implement system testing quality standards in alignment with the overall test strategy
• Create and maintain test scripts/procedures
• Run automated and manual test scripts/procedures.
• Aid and assist other test and project team members.
