something wrong with the RCC

  ocs------ invite( <RequestSystemStatus>....</RequestSystemStatus> )---->sip server

  ocs<----------------ok(<RequestSystemStatusrepsonse>normal</RequestSystemStatusrepsonse>)------sip server

  ocs------------------ack-------------------------------------------------->sip server

  ocs ----------------------info(<GetCSTAFeatures>....</GetCSTAFeatures>)----------------------->sip server

  when the sip server received the info(<GetCSTAFeatures>....</GetCSTAFeatures>),it have not sent the  <GetCSTAFeaturesResponse> to  the ocs,waiting for someone tell me the reasones,and how I can figure it out.
