OCS 2007 R1 Certificate management - How to view current used certificates in OCS??

  I feel somewhat silly asking this, but how do you view the details of the certificates currently in use within an OCS 2007 environment? My local certificate store is filled with multiple certs, all having the same names and the OCS admin console does not really provide any details for which cert is actually used.

  I'm trying to diagnose an SSL issue but I don't know which cert is affected here.
