    HELLO,I am using an old model moniter-Dell E77p,recently I installed Windows 7, when it was windows xp I was able to change moniter refresh rate .Now I cannot change it, avilable option only is ' use hardware default setting". But devices are same. would you help me to fix iT? Thanks. Here is some information the devices.   DRIVER- WDC WD400EB-OOCPFO ATA DEVICE. MONITER-DELL E771P.( standard vga graphic Adapter)
