When I try to subscribe to OneCare, the online page will not go past the credit card page. It will not accept any of my credit cards. Is it possible to talk to a live person at Microsoft?
Make sure that you are not entering any punctuation in the form for your credit card, name, address, phone, etc. - just numbers and letters.
